Terms of Service

Lowrie Roofing provides roofing installation, restoration, replacement, gutter services, siding, window replacement, exterior painting, and related property exterior services in Colorado. All services are subject to a separate written contract or estimate signed by both parties.

Estimates provided by Lowrie Roofing are based on information available at the time of inspection and are not binding until a signed contract is executed. Actual costs may vary due to unforeseen conditions discovered during the project (e.g., hidden damage, code upgrades). Any material changes to scope or cost will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

Payment terms are specified in your individual project contract. Generally:

• A deposit may be required prior to scheduling work.
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For insurance claims, payment timelines follow the insurance payout schedule as agreed in the contract.
• Unpaid balances past 30 days may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

When assisting with insurance claims, Lowrie Roofing acts as your contractor — not as a public adjuster or legal representative. We will work in good faith with your insurance company, but we make no guarantees regarding claim approval amounts or timelines, as these are determined solely by your insurer.

Workmanship warranties are described in your individual project contract. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers (e.g., GAF, Malarkey, Owens Corning) and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and proper registration. Warranties are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Lowrie Roofing's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.

You may cancel a signed contract within 72 hours of signing without penalty, as required by Colorado law. Cancellations after materials have been ordered or work has commenced may result in charges for materials procured and labor performed up to the date of cancellation.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site to transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at our discretion.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Lowrie Construction & Roofing LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Weld County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
